4. Brand-New Goods Only

We only sell brand-new products. We do not purchase, trade in or resell used devices, and we do not facilitate the sale of stolen or counterfeit items. Our suppliers warrant that the products we list are authentic, new and lawfully supplied.

5. Reporting Fraud

If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorisation on our Site, or you have seen suspicious activity involving our store, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and notify your bank or card issuer. We cooperate with banks, payment providers and law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected fraud.

6. Consumers in the United States

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45 et seq.) or the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-101 et seq.), including protection against unfair or deceptive practices.
