1. Who We Are

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Harmony Global Trading Inc, a company incorporated in the United States with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The Site operates under the brand name TMZ Tech and is an online retailer specialising in consumer electronics and mobile accessories, including wireless chargers, phone stands, headphones, speakers, audio accessories and other practical electronic accessories for everyday use.

2. These Terms and Your Status

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns, Refunds & Payments Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If you are an individual buying products wholly or mainly for personal use, you are a consumer. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law of your country of residence. In particular, if you are a consumer in the United States, your rights under the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45 et seq.), the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.), the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-101 et seq.) and other applicable federal and state law are preserved.

3. Our Products

We sell generic consumer electronics and mobile accessories that are new and unused. Products are designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices, but compatibility with every model is not guaranteed — please review each product’s description before ordering.

We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorised reseller, distributor or partner of Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google, Sony, Bose, JBL or any other brand. Brand names appear on the Site only to describe compatibility and belong to their respective owners.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. We will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted (and a contract is formed) when we send you the shipping confirmation confirming dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order at any time in our reasonable discretion, for example where a product is out of stock, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid in full.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes only where we are required by law to collect them. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and, where available at checkout, Klarna, Afterpay and Tabby. Payments are processed by our payment providers. By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery

Products are dispatched from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses, which may be located in different countries depending on the item and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your delivery address. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the item or refund you.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

You may cancel or return most products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Payments Policy. Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.

If you are a consumer in the United States, you may be entitled to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state (in Wyoming, Wyo. Stat. Title 34.1), and you have rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.) for defective goods, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate, for goods that do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, its content and our branding (including the TMZ Tech name and logo) are owned by or licensed to Harmony Global Trading Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit content from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information, including in line with applicable U.S. state privacy laws — such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, the Wyoming Consumer Data Privacy Act (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-501 et seq.) and similar laws — where they apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, where federal jurisdiction applies, in the U.S. federal courts for the District of Wyoming. Consumers may also bring qualifying claims in their local small claims court where the law permits.
