Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and check out securely. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and, where available, Klarna, Afterpay and Tabby. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We Pack and Dispatch
Orders are prepared and quality-checked at our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, then dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery
Because we ship from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses in different regions, most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link in your shipping email, or on tracking services such as 17TRACK.

Returns and Refunds
Changed your mind or received a faulty item? You can start a return within 30 days of delivery on most items. Faulty items are covered by our warranty and, for consumers in the United States, nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-101 et seq.) and other applicable federal or state law.
